Farewell to Sue

As you are all aware, our minister the Rev Sue Williams will be leaving us in August as our minister, as she becomes part-time in the circuit.
Her last service here at Clayton is two weeks on Sunday on the 7th of August.
On Sat, 13th August at 2pm, Clayton, Edgelane and Droylsden are holding a joint ‘farewell’ ‘do’ at Droylsden Methodist Church.
Posters are going up and we are asked to contribute cakes/biscuits etc. for the afternoon tea. Anne Noble is co-ordinating the event, so please make the afternoon a happy, memorable occasion for all.
Of course, Sue is not leaving the circuit, so we will continue to see her in the future.
