Many local people attended this year’s annual Clayton Methodist Summer Fayre, with many returning year after year; with some claiming it is an event not to be missed.
The Summer Fayre is one of the highlights of our events calendar and will entertain all the family.
Unfortunately, this year the weather was not with us as the downpours meant we had to hold it indoors.
Nevertheless, everyone was able to enjoy a great selection of purchases from candies and cakes, books, clothing, antiques, jewellery, toys, cards, parcels and many more.
Teas, coffees, cakes and hot-dogs were severed to all who just wanted to take some time out to kick back and relax with the local community.
Another great year was achieved with the church raising £351 for the development of the church.
We look forward to another great year and seeing you all once again.
